**Job Description**:
Toll Global Freight Forwarding business is a progressive International Freight Forwarding organisation that is paving the way with ongoing service excellence for a growing client base. Due to continued business growth we require a Customer Service and Sales Support with forwarding experience for our customer services and account management team.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position offers realistic flexibility and a blend of home and office if you require it. Use of our online learning and development platform is encouraged to continually grow your skill set in areas that you choose. Join a collaborative and supportive team and gain further exposure to other areas of the forwarding business or beyond, if you desire. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of monthly rate cards for customers using Cargo wise 1 and Excel
- Management of data entry of client rates into CW1.
- Management & delivery of spot quotes for existing customers.
- Communication with internal overseas & domestic offices in order to source and update rates.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Freight Forwarding and/or Cargo wise 1 experience
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- Experience with rates, pricing and margins.
- Can do attitude and methodical approach
- Good administration skills using Microspft Office Suite.
