Sebby's Scrolls is looking for a full time Bakery Production Manager to join their growing team.
This role is full time with a mid-August commencement.

**Experience**:

- Must have experience in baking, food production or food manufacturing.
- Must have experience in quality assurance and product development.
- Must have experience in kitchen and/or staff management.

Key responsibilities of the role:

- Determining, implementing and monitoring production strategies, policies and plans for the production of all food items within the bakery
- Planning details of production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available and labour requirements

› Controlling the operation of production and quality procedures through planning of maintenance, designation of operating hours and supply of parts and tools.

› Monitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to minimize costs

› Informing other Managers or superiors about production matters

› Overseeing the acquisition and installation of new kitchen equipment or techniques

› Research, recommend and implement initiatives to increase or streamline production

› Managing the preparation and completion of all production and food safety records and reports

› Overseeing the daily implementations of all occupational health and safety requirements within the kitchen environment

› Directing and training of staff members, monitoring their performance and liaising with supervisors about rostering, hiring and human resource matters.
