Our client is one of Australia's largest private investment groups with portfolio's spanning across many key industries. They pride themselves on running successful businesses with high-performance based cultures and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

This is a newly created role for an experienced and dynamic Senior Brand or Marketing Manager to join their and drive all marketing aspects of the beverage portfolio. The incumbent will drive the strategic marketing direction of this portfolio and deliver against key growth objectives such as and not limited to, market analysis, new product development, brand execution and brand success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of the beverage marketing strategies as per agreed business objectives
- Identify brand and product positioning opportunities within the market and develop marketing plans to meet target audience and business needs
- Conceptualise, develop and launch new brands into the market
- Lead the development and activation of marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and market share
- Reporting on financial management of the marketing budget
- Communication and reporting of the marketing insights, strategy, deliverables, and campaigns to key internal and external stakeholders
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure all packaging meets our sustainability and traceability objectives

**Key Attributes**
- Tertiary degree in Marketing
- Min 10+ years of marketing experience in the beverage industry
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Leadership and people management experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think with innovation and creativity
- Experience in budget development and management
- Proficiency with online and social media marketing methods
- Results orientated, driven by business and financial acumen
