Exciting and new opportunity for an experienced marketing professional

**Your new role**:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of creating, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the business that will support the overall business strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to position the brand across all online and offline channels.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing plan that aligns with business plan, objectives and strategy.
- Manage the design, development and execution of the website working closely with the Web Manager
- Develop an annual promotional calendar that includes a content plan and sales promotions.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the Marketing Plan with the support of the Marketing Coordinator and agency partners.
- Report to the management team on marketing plans and performance.
- Provide expert consultation from a position of best practice, market and consumer research and data analysis.
- Help build awareness of the brand, and grow product sales through existing revenue streams.

**What you'll need to succeed**:
You will need to have exceptional communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal. You will also need the ability to interpret data and analytics, while still being a creative and strategic thinker. You must be able to work autonomously and part of a wider team, making sure to be highly organised and meet multiple deadlines.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years demonstrated work experience.
- Experience in managing a team of internal and external marketing specialists.
- Demonstrated experience working with digital advertising platforms.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytic tools (Google Analytics).
