The Bremer Community Child Care Centre is a 50 place not for profit service. We are a friendly group of Educators who value our families and treat our children with love and respect. We are open for 50 weeks of the year, closing for public holidays and two weeks over the Christmas New Year period. We work on a rotating roster system and you must be available for a variety of shifts between the hours of 6.45am to 6.00pm.**About the Role**:We are seeking an energetic, fun, caring and experienced educator to lead our Toddler Room. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the learning experiences of our little ones, fostering a nurturing environment that inspires growth and creativity.**We are looking for an Educator who is**:

- professional and fun with a passion for working with children of all ages.
- Strong understanding of child development and the ability to implement engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Good supervision skills is a must
- A team player who thrives in a fun, supportive environment.
- A commitment to building lasting relationships with children, families, and the team.
- Someone who is eager to stay with us long-term and grow within the childcare sector.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator is essential.

Pay: $23.84 - $39.63 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Child Care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
