Casual Student Carers

**About the role**

We are seeking passionate Casual Student Supervisors to join our team at Ace Buses in Bundamba, Ipswich QLD. As a Student Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely transporting special needs students to and from school each day, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout the journey. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work as needed to suit your schedule. The role is a maximum of 20 hours a week and split shifts.

**What you'll be doing**
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Adhering to the Code of Conduct for Child Safety
- Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle
- Providing excellent customer service to students and their families
- Communicating effectively with the office, Driver, students, school administration and parents as needed

**What we're looking for**
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Card) QLD
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to use company technology
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well with children
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our school routes

Pay: $32.63 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
