About the role

Benzini Precast Concrete is seeking a full-time Precast Concrete Labourer to join our team in Yatala, QLD. As a Precast Concrete Labourer, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality precast concrete products for our diverse range of commercial and residential projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the production of precast concrete elements, including formwork, reinforcement, and pouring of concrete
  • Assisting with concrete patching, honing and general finishing to ensure the highest quality of finishes for our clients
  • Carrying out general labouring tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following all health and safety protocols
  • Providing support to the wider production team as required

What we're looking for

  • Experience working as a labourer in the construction or manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure to precast concrete production
  • Excellent manual handling skills and the ability to lift heavy loads
  • A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all safety procedures and instructions
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
