**About the role

Temporary full time opportunity to assist in the provision of an accurate and timely professional administrative and client focused support service to patients, relatives, visitors, and multi-disciplinary health care providers with whom the position liaises. Provide administrative support to facilitate the smooth admission, transfer and discharge of patients.

About you

As a primary contact on the ward, assist and direct patients and visitors by accessing patient information and providing an effective, courteous and professional front counter service.
Display professionalism whilst remaining calm and empathetic in delivering a patient focussed service as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Contribute to patient flow efficiencies on the ward and throughout the hospital by liaising with a range of staff to coordinate appointments, resources and movements on behalf of patients
Use effective communication and high-level interpersonal skills to build and maintain successful working relationships with clients and staff at all levels
