**About the Role**:
**We’re seeking a highly motivated Strategy and Transformation Associate** to support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and the **Strategy and Transformation Manage**r to analyse business performance, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency, innovation, and long-term growth.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategy & transformation initiatives from concept to execution
- Support the development of business cases, and post-merger integration activities
- Assist in facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations
- Monitor key performance indicators and track the progress of ongoing strategic projects
- Provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a management consulting firm or in-house corporate strategy function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems
- Strong commercial acumen
- A collaborative mindset and a belief in building trust through delivery
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel analysis, and PowerPoint storytelling
