**About the opportunity**
NSW Health Pathology is seeking a Recruitment Support Officer to commence January 2026 on a Temporary Full Time basis to deliver exceptional recruitment services across our state-wide network. **What you'll be doing**
- Interacting and supporting hiring managers across NSW Health Pathology in undertaking their key accountability functions of the recruitment process.
- Responsible for the administrative support for the HR Support Services portfolio, inclusive of Human Resource (HR) transactional support.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation and external agencies and stakeholders.
- Provide assistance with Recruitment and HR transactional matters to NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) inclusive of the ability to interpret awards and policies.
- Describe your experience delivering efficient administrative support, demonstrating how you have managed systems, correspondence, and/or transactional tasks in a recruitment or HR setting.
- Provide an example where you demonstrated initiative or sound judgment to resolve a problem creatively and effectively. Explain how your attention to detail contributed to the success of the outcome or improved the process.
- Demonstrate how you plan, prioritise, and organise your work to meet deadlines and manage competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Describe how you work effectively both independently and as part of a team, providing examples of each.
