I am currently looking for an experienced Incident and Change Manager to take up a 3 months contract in Brisbane.

**Your day at NTT**
- Critical incident manager /ops manager
- Someone who can run the day to day incident management, facilitating communications, war rooms etc
- Incident review
- Problems resolution activities
- Brisbane preferred, hybrid/wfh

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- At least five years’ experience working in IT service management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITIL), software and infrastructure issue resolution.
- Excellent project management and co-ordination skills and ability to collaborate across diverse team members (both technical and non-technical).
- Ability to analyse a high volume of technical and non-technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
