Lallemand Animal Nutrition is seeking expressions of interest for an upcoming Quality Officer, based at our Maroochydore office. This key role will provide Quality support to our Animal Nutrition business unit, with additional support to other Lallemand Australia units including Oenology, Baking, and Brewing, as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Compliance**
- Support the maintenance of the FAMI-QS Quality System and associated documentation.
- Liaise with global quality teams to align local requirements.
- Document and investigate all customer complaints and non-conformance incidents.
- Maintain current and assist in the development of new product organic certifications.
- Assist with product registrations and certifications through engagement with relevant local industry and government bodies.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems across new business units.

**About You**:

- Experience with **FAMI-QS Code of Practice v6** and **HACCP** is essential.
- Previous significant experience in a Quality role, ideally within the Food or Feed industries.
- Highly organised, resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Master degree in a relevant field or Bachelor with extensive experience.
- Able to work independently, use initiative, and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
