What You’ll Do:

- Assist senior agents with property listings, appraisals, and negotiations.
- Support lead generation activities such as calls, door knocking, and client follow-ups.
- Help coordinate comparative marketing campaigns, home opens, and property inspections.
- Maintain client databases and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Deliver a high-quality client experience at every touchpoint.

About You
- You have a genuine passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a career.
- You’re confident, professional, and able to build rapport easily.
- You’re motivated, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You hold a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- You’re open to weekend and after-hours work when required.
- Prior real estate or sales experience is helpful, but not required — full training provided.
