(SALES GUN WANTED)

About the role:
This role requires a strong Sales focus and a passion to change peoples lives.

You will need to be self-motivated and pass your passion for fitness on to our members to help them achieve their goals. You'll need to be prepared to work when most people are not working, evening till 9pm and weekends.

The role offers great hands-on training for a Future Personal Trainer as you will learn all aspects of how a Health Club operates and how to sell results based on peoples' needs.

In this role you will:

- Sell memberships
- Conduct daily outreach activities
- Achieve sales targets and budgets
- Cold and hot calling
- Consult with customers by phone and in-person
- Set appointments & follow them up (enquiries/referrals)
- Follow systems and processes
- Meet and greet potential and existing members
- Achieve overall club monthly KPI's, budgets & sales targets
- Develop, implement and execute new and existing marketing and retention strategies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From $43,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: From $43,000.00 per year
