**Scotford Fennessy** has partnered with a local company who is currently recruiting for an experienced
**Workshop**
**Production Manager.**

**The Role**
- Management of day to day production.
- Develop, improve and review operational policies and procedures.
- Provide direction to the team around short
- and long-term goals.
- Work closely with the Engineering, Sales & Service Departments.
- Ensure continued compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Instill safe work practices across the organisation.
- Hold daily prestart meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages ambition, determination and high morale.
- Be involved in hiring, training, goal setting and performance reviews of all production staff.

**The Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Trade or Demonstrated Experience.
- Prior experience in a management or leadership position.
- Technically minded with strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to strategic business plans.
- Ability to combine delegation and a hands-on approach.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Can-do attitude.
- Working rights for Australia.
- Ability to pass pre employment medical.
