**THE ROLE**

This senior management role is integral to the business in maximising growth of our Commercial space across the Sutherland Shire, St George, Eastern Suburbs and beyond.

This role will be responsible for the coordination and management of the team as well as the growth and development of our current Commercial portfolio utilising your network and experience to list and lease within local and extended areas.

This is a full time position working within a very fast paced environment within a passionate and determined team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee and lead the current commercial team
- Act as a client facing executive
- Articulate and provide understanding of broader asset strategy
- Identifying and proactively seeking commercial business using network and strong geographical knowledge
- Ability to identify and convert sales opportunities into managements
- Expertly negotiate terms, dispute resolution and priority management
- Maintain your understanding of the local market and pricing, as well as up to date knowledge of the industry
- Meet compliance and ethical requirements to industry standards
- High level of financial and performance reporting
- Provide leadership and decision making for the wider commercial team
- Manage high profile, large scale assets

**TO SUCCEED YOU WILL NEED**
- An established history as a successful commercial agent
- Exceptional client liaison skills
- Expertly communication both written & verbal
- Driven and proactive sales focus
- Strong customer service orientation and an invested interest in working with as well as guiding the team
- Deep public sector property knowledge
- High level of experience in negotiation and dispute resolution
- Self-driven and motivated
- Strong leadership skills
- Analytical but measured mindset
- Current Real Estate Licence is essential
- Strong determination to succeed as both a team and individual
- Passion for all thing commercial and desire to grow the space
- Experience and success in running major bids, proposals, tenders and presentations
