**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Marketing and Content Specialist, you will provide support in areas of the business to deliver marketing content, editing videos, writing blogs and any traditional marketing requirements. You will work closely with chefs and bakers to document demonstrations for social media platforms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand's voice, values, and marketing objectives.
- Capture and produce content (photos and videos) from projects and onsite events and edit into finished content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and more.
- Collaborate with our chefs, sales and operational teams to gather insights and develop content that resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all content pieces.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community across our social media and other channels, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Monitor community sentiment, feedback, and trends, and relay insights to relevant teams.
- Encourage and curate user-generated content showcasing our community's experiences and involvement. Share their experiences, stories, and testimonials in alignment with our brand messaging.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content and community engagement strategies and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and make informed recommendations.
- Manage our online reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to feedback. Work to enhance the company's online reputation and maintain a positive brand image.
- Manage collaborations and partnerships, establish, and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and vendors for potential collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- Depth of experience or a marketing degree essential.
- Proven experience in the creative and digital marketing industry, with solid knowledge of marketing and online trends.
- Competency using design platforms such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- An understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for building relationships and connecting with people and food
