**About the role**
Join the Sands Fridge Lines' team as a Pallet Controller based in Forrestfield, WA. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the efficient management and movement of palletised goods through our warehousing and distribution networks.

**What you'll be doing**
- Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of palletised products and materials
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation
- Coordinating the efficient loading and unloading of trucks and trailers
- Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in pallet movements
- Liaising with warehouse staff, transport teams, and customers to ensure seamless logistics
- Monitoring pallet usage and condition, and arranging for repairs or replacements as needed
- Adhering to all health, safety, and quality procedures within the warehouse environment

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in a pallet controller or similar logistics role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport, or warehousing industries
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Forklift license and experience in operating warehouse equipment
- Proficiency in using inventory management and/or warehouse management software
- A proactive, safety-conscious approach to your work
