Sands Fridge Lines (Sands) is a family-owned business, a leader in providing chiller, frozen and ambient warehousing and transport distribution services throughout metropolitan and regional WA. We have a proud history and place safety in our workplace first.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist in overseeing pallet control across the site, including daily data entry and paperwork completion.
- Assist with weekly, and monthly report reconciliations of all pallets (Chep, Loscam) and reporting.
- Work with the operations team to reduce the risk of pallet loss and investigate areas for potential recovery.
- Ensure pallet data is collected, verified and inputted to system on a daily basis.
- Conduct physical stock takes of all hire pallets.
- Develop strategies to improve overall pallet control.
- Communicating directly with customers and key stakeholders.

**About You**:
**To be successful, you will have**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- A strong customer service and customer focused attitude (internal and external)
- Well-developed time management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong written, verbal and listening skills are essential.
- Experience within the transport and freight industry advantageous.
