As a Sales Agent at our agency, you'll have the chance to make a difference in the lives of our vendors and purchasers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Following up on all buyer enquiries/leads
- Proactively cold-calling and doorknocking on a twice-a-week basis
- Preparing sales contracts for exchanges
- Attending to vendors, tradespeople, buyers and solicitors’ queries through to settlement

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following:

- A current Real Estate Agents Certificate or the aim to complete one in the next month
- Strong communication skills
- A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work on Saturdays, with 1 weekday off
- Prior real estate experience is an advantage but not necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- North Strathfield, NSW 2137: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- NSW Property Certificate of Registration (preferred)

- Australia (required)
