The Exciting Position:

- Working closely with a high performing agent and attending to tasks as needed
- Prospecting activities including but not limited to cold calling & door knocking
- Attending open homes, auctions, photography sessions and appraisals
- Preparation of marketing campaigns and booking appointments
- Preparation of market research and reports
- Preparation of campaign launch documents
- Database management
- Assisting in the exchange to settlement process
- Liasing with key stakeholders including solicitors, vendors, buyers etc
- Attending after hours appointments as required
- Ad hoc administrative work
- Contributing positively to our core values and culture

- Current NSW driver’s license and reliable car
- Sales or Real Estate Experience
- Certificate of Registration
- Exceptional work ethic and communication skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills are required
- Solution oriented mindset
