Coles has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our Supply Chain Technology Team. Using your proven leadership skills, this role will see you offer ongoing support and guidance across our wider Supply Chain Platform division and throughout a variety of complex projects including strategy, finance, and project pipelining.

**About the role**:
This role will see you report to the Digital Manager - Supply Chain and become part of our cutting-edge Supply Chain Technology division, delivering world-class supply chain technology across the Coles group.

In the position of Program Manager, you will deliver large and complex IT Programmes across the Supply Chain Technology portfolio including Replenishment, Distribution Centres and Transport. While an integral responsibility of this role will see you manage functional and technical teams, you will also work closely with business and IT stakeholders to oversee the delivery of various projects across our Coles Supply Chain Division.

With everchanging trends and innovations in the technological world, Coles is embarking on exciting projects across the business involving cloud-based technology and automation; enabling us to move into a new era of retail and supply chain technology solutions.

**What you’ll be doing**

As part of the Supply Chain Team, you will manage and consult on the delivery of system-critical project solutions by supporting the broader Coles PM community across the Supply Chain Platform Services. You will engage with and manage senior stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the programme ensuring successful project delivery.

Within this role, you will offer strategic leadership and consult across a large and complex project pipeline while offering ongoing advice to both internal and external stakeholders. You will draw from your past experience to revise complex project roadmaps and ensure a timely and cost-efficient project and or program rollout.

You’ll also:

- Deliver large and complex IT Programmes across the Supply Chain Tec portfolio including Replenishment, Distribution Centres and Transport.
- Engage with and manage senior stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the programme to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Provide leadership and support to senior project manager, projects manager and project leads. In addition, support the broader Coles PM community.

**Good things you’ll need**

As the Program Manager across Coles wider Supply Chain platform, you will bring your extensive experience in delivering large and complex technical project solutions, while managing a variety of functional and technical teams.

You will be the pillar in providing ongoing support and leadership on key project solutions, adapting to ongoing change across a fast-paced and complex business environment, while managing a high performing team of functional specialists e.g Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Lead’s etc.

**You’ll also need**
- Bring experience in delivering large programs of work.
- Proven ability to manage complex program scheduling, financial and resource management.
- Commercial experience across change control, risk management, and status reporting.
- Proficiency in deliverable management and logistics management.
- Experience in building and leading large project teams.
- Experience in reporting to executive stakeholders e.g: Directors, GM’s and Head Of’s.
