Net Solutions is a boutique provider of IT solutions to a varied customer base. We keep our clients' IT Systems optimised and secure so they can focus on the growth of their business. We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join the team in a senior capacity to provide hands on capabilities.

The role is a full time opportunity, based in Lane Cove North with parking nearby and close to the main bus stop. You will be working from there, as well as onsite with clients from time to time and occasionally at home. The role is paying between $75K-$80K base + super and offers plenty of learning and development opportunities. You will be working closely with the team and learn from the Director and senior team members. It is 5 days in the office. There is flexibility regarding working hours once established.

We design, deploy and support our clients' entire network (on premise or Cloud based) including servers, desktop PCs, printers, switches, routers etc. This also includes performing monthly maintenance tasks on our clients' hardware. This position involves the provision of both on-site and remote support, managing and maintaining computer/network, infrastructure/server and building great customer relationships with our clients.

In this role you can develop into a more senior position. You will be provided with the opportunity to gain further advanced networking and troubleshooting skills as well as advanced Windows Server, Cloud and Virtualisation knowledge.

To be successful in this position you must have:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft sever Setup 2019/2022
  • Working knowledge of Routers firewalls and TCP/IP
  • Working knowledge of Networks and how to set them up and maintain
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office and office 365 admin portal
  • Experience supporting customers remotely and on-site.
  • Strong People and Customer Relationship Skills
  • Be a great communicator with excellent command of the English language
