**Your day-to-day**:

- Perform accurate data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support the team with basic accounts payable and receivable functions
- Assist with import and shipping documentation preparation
- Reconcile transport invoices with supporting records
- Maintain up-to-date business records, including customer databases and masterfile, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and associated documentation
- Organize and file financial and shipping paperwork for compliance and audit purposes

**About you**:

- Confident with Excel & Outlook
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling
- Positive, reliable, team player
- Logistics or admin experience a plus (not essential)
