- Provide a warm and professional welcome to every client, in person and over the phone- Coordinate bookings, cancellations and reschedules with sensitivity to client needs- Oversee invoicing, payment follow-up, and financial accuracy- Maintain document control and ensure ongoing compliance- Provide leadership support and step in for Clinic Managers as needed- Handle confidential information with care and integrity- Support the clinic team by ensuring smooth operations and a comfortable environment- General clinic housekeeping duties (stock replenishment, general cleaning)**How we will support you**:
