**About the Role**:
This role sits within our Network Services team and is responsible for ensuring the optimisation of maintenance issued as a result of primary asset inspection programs as well as miscellaneous reports from other sources.
A permanent role that can be based at any of our existing office locations, within the Powercor Network, this position will review, and action notifications raised through the cyclic inspection program in line with asset management policy and strategies.
You will be successful on this position though using your working knowledge of the distribution network to determine works to be issued in accordance with Electricity Network guidelines considering policy, asset performance, associated projects
You will be supported as part of a wider team to optimise works orders, preparing material lists and estimates for non-design sites, as well establishing target date for sites if other than default policy date is appropriate.
Further responsibilities include carrying out Field Observations of Asset Inspection to ensure compliance to policy, procedure and data integrity, and working with various stakeholders and interfaces to ensure communication, direction and advice is provided.

**About you**:
**To succeed in this role you’ll have**:

- Detailed knowledge of the electricity distribution networks including basic design, construction and operation of Lines assets, as well as working awareness of Reliability Centred Maintenance and asset condition assessment techniques
- Sound knowledge of Maintenance policies and procedures as well as Asset Inspection policies and processes.
- A solid understanding of safety and environmental regulation and project / program management.
- Previous experience as a Technical or Design Officer, Line Worker or Asset Inspector is desirable
- A Tertiary certificate of Technology or similar
