**Your role in our future.**
The Medical Workforce Administration Coordinator works closely with the Medical Workforce Unit Manager to provide comprehensive workforce coordination for Peter Mac’s senior medical staff (SMS) and junior medical staff (JMS).
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- End to end credentialing and employment contracts for all medical staff
- Coordinate the administrative processes for the commencement and termination of medical contracts
- Supporting the on-boarding of medical staff
- Processing of Continuing Medical Education claims
- Roster publishing and timesheet coordination
- Administrative support to Chief Medical Officer and relevant stakeholders for the recruitment, ongoing employment and rostering management of medical staff.
