**Purpose**: Working across business, operations and technology, the Product Solutions manager will be a core part of the team delivering and executing on the Middle Office and Fund Services strategic program and roadmap. **Job Background / Context**: - Citi is driving a period of sustained change in a complex and challenging market environment. This role entails focus on one of the major initiatives in Middle Office and Funds Services to drive our product evolution and solve challenging client needs. - Our strategy is to be the best in class across the key services of Fund Administration, Middle Office, data delivery & reporting. The ethos is to leverage and configure state of the art technologies and advanced techniques to deliver the strategic data and client servicing model. - The role is for an Asia-Pacific Product Platform and Program developer, to support the delivery of the future state of the strategic product roadmap and solve for challenging platform models allowing for better servicing needs to Citi clients. **Principal Accountabilities**: - Act as a key member for the Asia-Pacific region on the Middle Office and Funds Services transformational data and platform integrations - helping to refine the future state roadmap that are in line with the strategic objectives - Drive program management for key strategic initiatives, while partnering within stakeholders like Operations and Technology. - Work closely with Sales and Client Executives as well as Account Managers to resolve larger complex client requests - Reinforce client, prospect and consultant messaging through all channels, representing the business and portraying the strategic Citi vision and benefits of the platform - Industry events, RFP responses, presentations - Execute on defined strategic projects and solutions to deliver functionality and capability, in line with the vision and roadmap of integrations of front-end systems such as Aladdin, Eze Castle, Bloomberg and Charles River. - Drive internal and client adoption of new technology and strategic solutions across the region, ensuring that internal stakeholders (Sales, Client Executives, Account Management, Operations) are educated and that internal messaging is aligned to ensure consistent external messaging - Drive client adoption of new platform technology and strategic solutions, by consulting with clients to facilitate real benefits to the client from adoption of platforms: - suggesting operating efficiencies for clients, by understanding their pain points and where real value can be derived - analyzing usage metrics to ensure that appropriate measures can be taken to increase adoption and client benefit - analyzing client feedback to ensure that meaningful updates are considered for the program roadmap - Produce high level strategic requirements and documentation and be integral to the translation of the need to business requirements or user stories. - Work with technology and business partners to plan, prioritize and escalate agreed projects and deliverables. **Skills**: - Proven experience in delivering data and reporting projects to clients and internal stakeholders, in a technical and business environment - Bias to using new technologies and curiosity to drive forward new methodologies - Working knowledge of Security Services eco-systems of Front, Middle and Back Office technology. Direct knowledge of OMS systems such as Aladdin, Charles River and Bloomberg. - Demonstrated experience delivering change in a collaborative, agile team environment as well as more standard frameworks - Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize work within a delivery framework - Strong collaboration, communication, and coaching skills - Strong client servicing and presentation skills - Strong ability to establish, build and maintain strong effective working relationships at all levels across the organization - Demonstrated development experience using modern technology, architecture and infrastructure - Demonstrated ability to work independently as well part of virtual teams to deliver on strategic outcomes - Knowledge of the Custody and Fund Services Industry **Education Qualifications**: University degree (in Finance, Commerce or Equivalent Discipline) or equivalent Professional Qualification - **Job Family Group**: Institutional Sales - **Job Family**: Institutional Sales Support - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
