Sales Assistant

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our fast paced wholesale fashion team in a dual position
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment. You’ll pay a key part in both customer-facing and warehouse operations.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
PICK & PACK
Accurately pick stock for orders based on customer requirements
Pack and prepare orders for dispatch in a time manner
Assist in stock control and and inventory checks
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
Previous experience in wholesale fashion, or a similar fast paced sales environment
Strong communication and service skills
High attention to detail and excellent time management
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, busy team
A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in whenever needed
Physically Fit
- some lifting and stock movement required
Basic Microsoft skills
