**$150-$200k + Super OTE $300-400K + Benefits**
Home grown proptech with the backing of an ASX listed corporation. You’ll be given enough leads to hit quota and your client list will include major government and health accounts.

**The Sector - Public Sector Proptech**:
Councils and Local Government bodies require insights into their asset portfolios to plan for the community needs now and into the future.
Ensuring budgets are allocated appropriately to manage assets and the services they provide is a key challenge for Local Government.
Infrastructure and assets within this sector maybe ageing and for many councils, understanding the maintenance backlog for funding requests is an important step towards improving services.
Councils and Local Government organisation need to create transparency around asset portfolio and evidence based decision making to guarantee future funding.
**The Business - Global Leader**:
Our client uses the latest in Ai and machine learning based algorithms to provide real time asset tracking and maintenance date to drive down costs, reduce expose to risk and streamline processes.
Their technology is born out of decades worth of experience across the public sector and with the backing of an ASX multi-national they in a great position to capitalise on the current market drivers.

**The Role - Account Executive**:
This is a pivotal role within the sales side of their business.
- New Business Sales - Full Marketing Support
- Opportunity breakdown 75% via inbound 25% self-sourced
- Sales Cycles are 30-90 days
- Target Clients - Health, Aged Care, Local Government, Rail, Infrastructure
- Engaging resources to support the sales process
- Responding to Tenders, RFIs etc
- Reporting Directly to SD
- Full PreSales / Demo support provided
- Energy and Enthusiasm are the key drivers
- Software Sales Experience is a prerequisite
- Hunter mindset - Somebody who knows how to win business from cold
- Strong sales process, you need to be able to drive the sale to close
- Working knowledge of public sector sales and / Or Asset or Facilities management experience
- Collaborative mindset balanced with drive and independence will ensure success here.
