Account Manager/digital Experience Consultant

Squiz is looking for a commercially minded **Account Manager / Digital Experience Consultant** to help grow and deepen relationships within our client base — with a clear focus on expanding the adoption and value of **our proprietary DXP**.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in strategic, consultative environments. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your clients — building relationships, uncovering business challenges, and identifying opportunities where our **DXP platform** can deliver meaningful impact.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Own a portfolio of accounts and act as a strategic growth partner — with a focus on helping clients get more from **our DXP**.
- Drive account growth by identifying new use cases, features, and solution areas where our platform can unlock additional value.
- Lead strategic conversations and workshops with marketing, digital, and technology stakeholders to surface pain points and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, presales, product) to craft tailored strategies and roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
- Build strong relationships across client organisations to increase engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Support marketing-led events and thought leadership to stay visible and relevant within your accounts.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, advocating for enhancements or improvements that will drive deeper platform adoption.
**What You Bring**:
- Experience in a consultative account management, client partner, or digital strategy role — ideally within a **digital agency, SaaS, or martech environment**.
- A strong understanding of digital experience strategy, customer journeys, and platform adoption lifecycles.
- Experience working with or selling digital platforms — ideally DXP, CMS, or marketing technology solutions.
- Commercial mindset with a track record of growing existing accounts through value-based conversations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills — from digital managers to C-suite.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally to shape the right solution for each client.
