The Land Engineering Agency, as part of the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group, supports various Directorates and Systems Program Offices to ensure successful requirements development, acquisition and in-service support of land materiel. The Agency provides services in engineering, testing, design and development and technical data management. Services are provided across the whole of the Defence Capability Life Cycle

As a member of the Land Engineering Agency, the Technical Officer will have a unique opportunity to be part of an engineering and technical team to deliver Australian Defence Force systems that are at the leading edge of Defence capability.

Land Domain is at the forefront of ADF capability delivery, ensuring our members have the latest equipment and technology to perform effectively and safely across a diverse range of duties. Our people work collaboratively on the delivery and sustainment of capability such as armoured and general transport vehicles, tanks, long-range missiles, radar and air-defence systems, armaments (anti-tank weapons, rifles, pistols, grenade launchers etc.), field equipment, body armour, surveillance equipment, and health systems.
