- Victorian Institute of Teachers registration (or eligibility to gain)
- Postgraduate qualifications in Student Wellbeing are advantageous
- A desire to improve student outcomes and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders
- Accreditation to teach within a Catholic school (or willingness to obtain)
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain) including Skilled Migrant Visa
