**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing a high volume of recruitment across diverse departments, covering both technical and non-technical roles
- Partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent
- Crafting job ads that make people stop scrolling (like this one)
- Leading and contributing to projects and process improvements
- Bringing admin excellence - from systems to scheduling, you’ll be across the detail
