About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment & Quality Officer to join our team on part-time basis, working approximately 25 hours per week. This dual role combines talent acquisition with compliance and quality assurance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for support workers.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet workforce needs.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and internal policies.
  • Conduct audits and quality checks on staff files and service delivery.
  • Support onboarding, induction, and training programs as required.
  • Collaborate with HR and operational teams to maintain workforce capability and compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • At least two years of previous experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within disability or community services.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent documentation skills, an eye for detail, and strong time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Qualifications

  • Qualification in Human Resources or equivalent (desirable).
