**What You'll Do**
- Capture and facilitate the ongoing requirements of our large customer base
- Enquiries may include anything from processing new & add-on sales to managing a complex multi-company split
- Work cohesively and cross-functionally with globally aligned teams & procedures, using action plans to project manage your cases
- You will be given the freedom to manage your own time, ensuring you provide fantastic outcomes within suitable timeframes
- Establish and manage subscription invoicing, licence agreements and contracts
- Play a vital role in executing core procedures and campaigns
- Complete regular billing & licence reconciliation audits
- Problem-solve, set expectations and realign (both expectations and processes) where necessary.

**What You’ll Bring**
- While similar transferable skills are desirable, what interests us most is your adaptability, coachability, and, importantly - your common sense
- Exceptional customer-centric attitude with an understanding or previous exposure to a demanding sales environment
- An energy that sees you completely engaged in your job, your team and your interactions with various stakeholders - both internal and external
- The ability to take ownership and be accountable, and an aptitude for self-learning
- Attention to detail, a master at prioritising your tasks and meeting your deadlines
- A structure towards your approach to work but an ability to pivot throughout the day as priorities change
- Software savviness. Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency with Google Suite is a benefit (but not essential)

- You can maintain a good sense of humour even when under pressure.
