We are seeking a passionate and detail-driven Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist to join our National Quality team. Based at our St Leonards Support Office, this permanent full-time role will play a critical part in safeguarding children, ensuring compliance, and supporting services to deliver high-quality outcomes.
About the Role
As a trusted partner to our Campus Directors and Operations Leaders, you will:
- Conduct compliance assessments across all NSW campuses, supporting services to meet or exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Lead and support regulatory investigations into incidents, complaints, and reportable conduct matters.
- Provide expert advice on child safety, compliance, and quality practices while fostering a supportive, collaborative approach with campus teams.
- Embed Child Safe Standards and drive continuous improvement through coaching, training, and professional practice support.
- Balance time between campus visits and reporting, analysis, and follow-up actions.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in early childhood education, ideally in a leadership or compliance role.
- A strong understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive investigations with empathy and integrity.
- A collaborative style - focused on supporting and empowering services to succeed.
- Strong organisational skills to manage both fieldwork and reporting effectively.
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and additional training in Child Protection (mandatory reporting) are highly regarded.
