**Engagement Manager**

**What Will You Do?**

The Engagement Manager role will vary day to day with an emphasis on managing and mentoring a small team of consultants and supporting our clients to ensure they are fully engaged in all aspects of our business and leveraging all capabilities we can bring to bear to support their pursuit of digital excellence in the Data & Analytics team. Your direct report will be to the Consulting Director. You will also be expected to operate across other client areas from time to time blending day to day operational roles with the need to support the strategic agenda of the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Team**
- Career development planning of your team members.
- Bi-annual reviews of your team members and strategic KPI setting.
- Maintain monthly 121 meetings with individual team members.
- Team utilisation. Both billable and unbillable.
- Administration of team (Leave, Technical Sessions, Event attendance, Time Sheets etc.)
- Ensure the necessary skills and certifications of your team align with the requirements of the business.
- Monitoring and maintaining staff loyalty & employee satisfaction of your team members.

**Clients**
- Manage the Project revenue target for your client allocations.
- Perform account management activities within your client base.
- Actively engage with clients on new project work.
- Identify and drive on-sell/up-sell within your clients.
- Prepare and manage action plans & targets for your clients.
- Identify and assist with new leads and opportunities.
- Perform project scoping activities (new and existing clients).
- Prepare realistic timelines & costing for new projects.

**Delivery**
- Full accountability for all projects within your clients.
- Ensure project quality.
- Project profitability in line with scorecard.
- Data projects completed in Azure or AWS
