**We are seeking a passionate and driven Injury Management Business Partner to join our team**

As an Injury Management Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating early intervention and return-to-work strategies, ensuring our employees receive the support they need during their recovery. This unique opportunity allows you to make a tangible difference in the lives of our valued workforce.

**About the role**:
In this role, you will facilitate early intervention and return-to-work strategies, ensuring our valued employees receive comprehensive support during their recovery journey. Your expertise will play a crucial part in promoting a safe and healthy workplace culture, fostering an environment where our staff can thrive.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Achievement of Return-to-Work Coordinator certification training via approved provider within South Australia.- Demonstrated experience in Workers Compensation Case Management in medium/high risk claims.-
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.- Knowledge and experience of injury risk assessment and triage and commitment to early intervention practice.
