Category & Brand Manager - Monza Imports

This role will focus on driving the success of Alpinestars' lifestyle apparel line, targeting fans of motorsport and action sports. This role is heavily focused on all aspects of identifying and driving growth to the category, from product design to sales excellence.

**Expected Duties Requirements**:

- Conducting extensive Sales, Marketing and Go To Market, seasonal launch experience, working with sales teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management.
- Working directly for a Nth Hemisphere based, action/motorsport brand essential.
- Conducting category performance tracking, including sales data, market trends and customer feedback to inform future strategies.
- Building and fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to align category, product goals and communication.
- Planning, developing and organizing advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
- Advising executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
- A proven strong sales background against KPI and strategic goals.

**Experience and Qualification**
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in all aspects of merchandising, sourcing, design, sales and strategic category management, including product development, factory and supply chain negotiation.
- Specifically extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and Go To Market
- A proven strong sales background against KPI and strategic goals.
- Qualification in marketing or rated field preferred but not essential
