**Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- The DC Manager is the responsible leader for all site safety, operational delivery and general management.
- Plans and executes for all improvement measures, including operational delivery, efficiency and brand/product operating requirements
- Develops the team capability across DC Operations, which includes Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Managers and ensures clear leadership for the team on training and development planning and execution

**About You**:

- This role is ideal for someone who has experience Leading Warehouses and/or Distribution Centres, preferably with experience in Retail, FMCG or multi-brand warehousing
- Expert Safety Leadership, including all PCBU requirements for site safety governance
- Experience leading large teams (50+) including management of senior manager roles (DC Operations Manager / Team Manager level)
- Experience leading projects or large programs of work, with demonstrated success in key measures (on time, on budget)
- Experience in leading Continuous Improvement programs or methodologies, including delivery of CI programs through teams/direct reports
- Experience building high performing and engaged teams, up to Leadership levels
- Experienced commercial management (operational) including Budget build (annual cycle) and active management of cost and productivity measures for a DC
- Preferred experience working with multi-modal inventory management and warehousing processes, including 3PL, reserve locations and cross docking (flow through)
- Preferred experience managing an omni-fulfilment model including customer-direct goods movements
- Tertiary qualification or Certificate in a relevant discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, Business Management)
