Established Global Organisation seeking experienced Paralegal for 2 year contract. Incredible opportunity

**Your new company**
You will join an extremely well established Global Commercial Property Insurance organisation, who provide corporate support to high value and high risk clients.

**Your new role**
Supporting the Global Corporate Affairs Counsels you will provide paralegal support in a wide range of areas including, but not limited to the following;
- Contract review (NDAs, service and consulting agreements and more)
- Compliance and regulatory support across Asia-Pacific Corporate Affairs projects, assisting to maintain appropriate and effective corporate governance
- Conduct legal research, and monitor changes in law and regulation to perform contract review.
- Interact with relevant internal stakeholders and external counsels on matter specific topics.
- Maintain and support the working relationships with all internal business partners (finance, client services, marketing, HR, etc.) and act as an additional point of contact between such business partners and the Corporate Affairs team or others in management in support of ongoing matters.
- General clerical duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position you MUST have experience as a Paralegal in a corporate environment (minimum of 3 years), ideally within corporate insurance. You must also have the following;
- Tertiary qualification in Law, OR, Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies OR compliance studies/education
- Proven experience with Corporate Governance and compliance
- A professional outlook with strong decision making skills
- Experience within Financial Services / Insurance sectors in a similar role

**What you'll get in return**

Please note - due to the international nature of this role there may be occasional out of hours requirements due to time zone differences, as well as the low potential of travel to other States / Overseas.
