On the lookout for a Paralegal leader for one of our clients in the utilities sector

Your key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting desktop audits on the work already completed across the company's Solar installations against the cpmpany's legal and internal requirements
- Determining how many site visits are required by the company to perform, to close out our solar remediation obligations
- Determining the time and cost required to complete the site visits as determined above
- Generating a report with your findings for presenting to the GM of Emerging Business.

Qualifications, key skills and experience required
- Have completed or be in at least your third year of an Australian recognised Law Degree
- Willingness to learn/understand Solar Remedaition (e.g. recalls) activity in Australia
- Willingness to learn/understand what is required by installers to comply with any legal obligations related to Solar
- Willingness to undergo standard security checks
- Should be available for more than a 6-month period minimum

Remediation and Recall activities
- Demonstrated effective organisational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines and manage competing priorities within a small team environment
- Good interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain key internal relationships
- Good financial, accounting and spreadsheeting skills
- Ability to handle constant change through proven resilience
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of Paralegals
