**Introduction**:
Powertech Brisbane is seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Lead to oversee and coordinate our equipment support services.
This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality customer service, timely equipment dispatch and returns, and effective logistics management across our operations.
**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead day-to-day customer support for equipment-related inquiries, bookings, and troubleshooting.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for equipment delivery, pickup, servicing, and returns.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, warehouse) to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track asset movements.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and support processes.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through responsive and solution-focused service.
- Liaise with transport providers to optimise delivery schedules and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and handling procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and customer support KPIs.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in customer support and/or logistics coordination, preferably in the High Voltage Test Equipment or instrumental sector.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency with logistics and CRM software Power Apps and Pipeline.
- Knowledge of warehouse or asset management systems is a plus.
- Leadership experience or team supervision capabilities preferred.
- Current driver's license and forklift license (desirable but not essential).
