**Distribution Team Leader - Night Shift**

Ingham’s, Australia’s leading integrated poultry organisation, is looking to employ a Distribution Team Leader. This role is based at our Primary Processing Plant in Murarrie, QLD.

**Purpose of the role**

**Hours of work**

This is a hands on role working Monday to Friday covering nightshift.

**Accountabilities**:

- Supervising the daily operational receival & dispatch requirements of the Distribution Centre
- Ensure all customer requirements are delivered in full & on time (DIFOT).
- Manage day to day FTE requirements
- Ensure machinery and equipment are in working order
- Ensure housekeeping is kept at a very high level by all team members
- Supervise and develop the team to ensure effective and proactive performance and service delivery

**Skills required***
- Experience of leading a team
- Excellent knowledge of the supply chain logistics within FMCG or the pharmaceuticals
- Strong decision making skills to ensure labour and activity costs are kept to a minimum
- Experience of working also within a production or manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous
- Experience of working within an automated environment, with a good understanding of the safety risks associated
- Safety first work ethic
