**About the role**

As part of our Special Services team, you will be responsible for analysing existing data as well as developing new reports and templates in order to achieve our objective of providing an efficient, profitable, and value-added service to our customers.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Enhance data reporting structures and processes in order to provide management with information resulting in clear decision making for operational improvements.
- Prepare weekly P&L figures to identify variances to budgeted cost centres.
- Develop and maintain compliance procedures for the operational areas in order to maintain service levels and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Build and maintain a driver safety net earnings report to mitigate risks
- Utilise your strong analytical skills by reviewing customer rate and driver pay tables to identify variances and opportunities to drive efficiencies.
- Interpret various operational reports to identify efficiencies
- Develop daily service report to reflect on-time service levels and key areas for improvement.
- Provide analysis reports on business trends and possible continuous improvement changes in operations.

**Experience required**
- Previous experience in an Operations environment
- Previous experience working in an Analyst capacity
- Proven ability to accurately & effectively report on data and meet production timelines
- Ability to communicate with impact and build first class relationships
- MS Office literate including advanced Excel and Access skills
