**Position Overview**:
**We are actively seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to join our team at Care Done Differently.**

**Our participants, including those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), require dedicated and empathetic support. At Care Done Differently, we take pride in our extensive experience in providing specialised care for individuals. We understand the distinctive challenges associated with this diagnosis and are dedicated to assembling a team that excels in delivering personalised services.**

**Current proposed shift times are 0800-1600 & 1600 - 2300**

Medical Condition: Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

Collapsed Lung

Manual Transfer (Pelican to commode, commode to chair)

Trained staff will provide expert assistance with manual transfers, utilising specialised equipment such as a pelican, to ensure a safe and comfortable transfer from bed to a commode. This service aims to enhance mobility and independence while prioritising participant well-being.

SPC Catheter Care:
Personal Showering:
Assistance with personal hygiene routines, particularly showering, is provided to promote cleanliness, dignity, and overall well-being. Our staff is trained to ensure a respectful and supportive environment during these activities.

Meal Preparation

Day-to-Day Needs:
Household duties, such as regular cleaning, laundry assistance Etc

Ongoing support is provided for various day-to-day activities, with the goal of fostering independence and enhancing the overall quality of life for the participant. This may include assistance with daily tasks and activities to ensure a comfortable and fulfilling lifestyle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct support to clients, assisting with activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to create and implement personalized support plans.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting independence and social engagement.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience in disability support or related fields is preferred.
- NDIS Worker Check ESSENTIAL
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach to caregiving.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Proven Experience in Disability Support:
