**Requirements**:

**What you will be doing**:

- Assist advisers with client order taking, execution and settlement
- Assist advisers with account maintenance as well periodic & ad-hoc reporting requests
- Liaise with third party providers including but not limited to Margin Lenders, Registries, Administrators, Accountants, Platforms, Banks and Cash Management Accounts
- Complete all term deposit instructions as provided by advisers
- Decreased estate administration
- Assist with client function planning and co-ordination
- General administration tasks for the Sydney Dealing Room
- Provide support for reception as and when required
