We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Dealers Assistant with a keen interest in Financial Markets to join Morgans. This opportunity is ideal for someone wanting to further develop their skills and gain experience in the Financial Services industry. The position will focus on providing support to the Financial Advisers as well as assisting with the day to day operations of the Sydney Dealing Room.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Self-Motivated, deadline driven and high attention to detail
- General computer skills, proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Team Focused
- Client Orientated
- Proactive and approachable

**What you will be doing**:

- Assist advisers with client order taking, execution and settlement
- Assist advisers with account maintenance as well periodic & ad-hoc reporting requests
- Liaise with third party providers including but not limited to Margin Lenders, Registries, Administrators, Accountants, Platforms, Banks and Cash Management Accounts
- Complete all term deposit instructions as provided by advisers
- Decreased estate administration
- Assist with client function planning and co-ordination
- General administration tasks for the Sydney Dealing Room
- Provide support for reception as and when required
