We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Alarm Monitoring Room Operator** to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the safety of our clients, staff through professional monitoring, reporting, and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor CCTV systems for security and asset protection
- Use of alarm Monitoring Software
- Manage and oversee access control points (Remotely)
- Coordinate and support Patrol Officers
- Generate detailed incident and activity reports using provided templates (accuracy and detail are essential)
- Investigate incidents and respond to requests from clients
- Handle security situations calmly and professionally
- Foster positive communication with all Patrol Officers and Monitoring Staff, and provide practical suggestions during incidents
- Always maintain vigilance and professionalism

**Training**:

- 4 initial training shifts will be provided
- Ongoing support from Management

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum **4 years of Alarm Monitoring Room experience**:

- NSW **1E ,2B Security Licence** (essential)
- **Working With Children Check**:

- **Full Australian working rights**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in technology and CCTV systems
- Logical, composed, and able to work independently

**Wages**
- Award**:Level 5 SSIA 2020**:

- Shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours (rostered)

Pay: $30.90 - $64.48 per hour
