**About the Company**
- Talent International has partnered with a reputable Australian Avionics company in sourcing an experienced Project Technical Lead.

**About the Role**
- In this role you will work directly with the Program Manager across several projects, supporting other Project Technical Leads and owning the overall responsibility of ensuring the technical readiness of infrastructure requirements for certain operational systems - Including the assessment, construction and/or fit-out of the facilities. Responsibilities and duties include (but not limited to):

- Coordinating engineering and technical communication between the program and suppliers
- Serve as a trusted technical and infrastructure advisor, providing technical leadership and guidance as needed, including safety and security guidance
- Perform systems engineering and project tasks throughout the acquisition and implementation phases
- Oversee review gates related to engineering, and arrange for third party participation if necessary
- Engage internal and external experts to support design, development, testing, installation, and commissioning activities related to the program
- Oversee testing and acceptance of text outcomes
- Oversee site installation, testing, verification, and commissioning activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Engineering discipline
- Experience providing Systems Engineering oversight and technical leadership for civil projects
- Experience overseeing a project/program's site installation, set-to-work test, verification and commissioning activities
- Experience implementing new systems in a complex environment
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Experience overseeing a project/program's site installation, set-to-work test, verification and commissioning activities
